Art on the Island

This annual celebration brings local artists and art lovers together at Windmill Island Gardens for an evening of creativity and community. You'll find artwork across three categories—Photography, Plein Air, and Best of the Rest—all displayed throughout the beautiful gardens. A professional judge will award prizes, but you're also invited to cast a People's Choice vote for your favorite piece. If something catches your eye, most artwork is available for purchase directly from the artists. The event is completely free to attend, making it an accessible way to spend an evening outdoors.
