Get an early look at hundreds of art installations before ArtPrize officially opens its doors. During Preview Week, you'll explore paintings, sculptures, photography, ceramics, textiles, digital art, and much more spread across downtown Grand Rapids's five districts. The best part? You'll experience everything at a relaxed pace before the massive crowds arrive. Stroll through parks, public squares, galleries, restaurants, breweries, and other venues at your own speed, or hop on the free DASH bus that runs every eight minutes if your feet need a break. There's no cost to attend—both Preview Week and the full ArtPrize festival are completely free. You can cover as much ground as you'd like, and many visitors return multiple days to see it all. Downtown Grand Rapids is easy to reach by car, airport, bus, or train, with abundant parking available throughout the area.
