Bumblebee Nature Walk - Various Locations

Join your young children for a guided outdoor exploration of local parks led by a Blandford Educator. During this nature walk, kids and their caregivers will receive a backpack filled with tools designed to spark curiosity and deeper observation of the natural world. The program encourages hands-on learning as families explore together, making it a great way to get outside and develop a connection to your local parks. This program works best for children ages 2–6, though older and younger siblings are welcome with registration. Cost is $5 per adult and $5 per child age 2 and up; children under 2 are free. Since this is not a drop-off program, a registered adult must stay with children at all times. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged as space fills up quickly. Sessions run for about an hour and take place rain or shine, so dress for the weather and wear sturdy footwear for unpaved trails. If mobility is a concern, contact the organizers beforehand to discuss accommodations. Arrive a few minutes early, as programs start promptly and groups may move out into the park right away.
