Caledonia Lakeside Park: Bumblebee Nature Walk

Your family is invited to explore Caledonia Lakeside Park with a trained nature educator from Blandford. Kids ages 5–12 (younger and older children welcome with registration) will receive exploration backpacks filled with tools designed to spark curiosity about the natural world. You and your child will walk the park trails together, discovering what makes this outdoor space special. Every adult must stay with their registered child throughout the program—this isn't a drop-off experience. The cost is $5 per adult and per child ages 2 and up; children under 2 are free. Plan to arrive a few minutes early, as the program starts promptly. Pre-registration is strongly recommended since space fills up, and you can register online until one hour before start time. Walk-ins are welcome if spots remain available. Wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes for unpaved paths, as the walk happens rain or shine. If anyone in your group has mobility concerns, let organizers know ahead of time so they can help make adjustments.
