Community Leadership Camp at the Ford

This summer, the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum invites students in grades 6–8 to explore what it means to be an active community leader. Over three hours, your child and a supervising adult will participate in guided discussions and hands-on activities while touring the museum. The program draws inspiration from the Declaration of Independence and the legacies of President Gerald Ford and First Lady Betty Ford, helping young people understand how they can make a positive difference in their own communities. The best part? This enriching experience is completely free. Because space fills up quickly, you'll need to register in advance to secure your spot.
