Community Tulip Planting

Get your hands dirty while beautifying Holland! This fall, the Tulip Time Festival and City of Holland Parks Department are inviting families to help plant tulip bulbs at Window on the Waterfront. It's a hands-on community project where family groups work together, so your kids can learn about gardening while making a real difference in your neighborhood. Everything you need is provided—bulbs, planting tools, instruction, and refreshments—so just bring your gardening gloves, boots, and willingness to help. Multiple time slots are available across three days, and you'll need to sign up through the Tulip Time website to reserve your preferred shift. Dress for the weather and come ready for some rewarding outdoor work that'll brighten Holland come spring.
