Create Your Own Farm Flower Bouquet

Your family can harvest and arrange fresh flowers straight from the fields at Blandford Farm with guidance from a flower farming expert. You'll learn techniques throughout the process and take home your own handcrafted bouquet displayed in a mason jar—complete with all the tools provided. This is a hands-on, outdoor activity where you'll be working in the farm fields, so come prepared to get a little dirty. Wear closed-toe shoes and clothing that can handle soil and moisture. This program is for ages 13 and up; teenagers must be registered and accompanied by a registered adult. Registration is required in advance due to limited spots, and online sign-ups close at noon on the day of the event. Cost is $30 for non-members or $24 for members. Since the activity happens entirely outdoors, dress appropriately for the weather—severe weather will result in cancellation with refund options provided. Parking is available at the farm itself, or you can park at the main Nature Center and walk about 10 minutes to reach the farm.
