Create Your Own Farm Flower Bouquet

Head to Blandford Farm for a hands-on flower-cutting experience led by someone who knows the craft well. You'll harvest blooms straight from the fields and learn techniques for arranging them into a beautiful bouquet to take home. All the supplies are provided, including clippers and a mason jar, so you just need to show up ready to get your hands dirty. This is an outdoor activity, so wear closed-toe shoes and clothes you don't mind getting soiled or wet as you work in the farm fields. This program is designed for ages 13 and up, with teens needing an adult to register and attend alongside them. Registration is required ahead of time—spots fill up, and online sign-ups close at noon on the day of the event. Pricing is $30 for non-members and $24 for members. The farm has parking on-site, or you can park at the nearby Nature Center and take a short 10-minute walk. Basic facilities like port-a-potties and a hand-washing station are available. Keep in mind this takes place entirely outdoors, so severe weather may lead to cancellation.
