Critter Coding | Grades 2-3

Kids who love animals and are curious about how technology works will find plenty to explore at this four-day camp. Campers entering grades 2–3 will combine hands-on animal experiences with introductory coding activities. You can expect your child to meet and interact with live animals while learning foundational coding ideas like inputs, outputs, and sequencing. Projects include creating a digital pet and designing a personalized animal whose senses respond to its environment. The camp runs for four consecutive days with sessions from 1–3:30 p.m. It's held at Van Andel Institute for Education. If you need to cancel, full refunds are available up to a week before the camp starts; cancellations within seven days receive a 50% refund of tuition costs.
