Eco-Stewardship Work Day

You'll pitch in with habitat restoration, maintain trails, clean up streams, and help remove invasive plants from the 264-acre property. Throughout the day, you'll gain practical knowledge about identifying and managing problematic plants—skills you can apply in your own yard, local schools, or community parks. The center emphasizes education alongside action, so you'll understand how this volunteer work benefits the surrounding ecosystem. This opportunity is open to adults 18 and older. Come prepared with a water bottle and work gloves. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required; layering and a hat are smart ideas depending on the weather.
