Evening Naturalist Hike
Guided nature walk with Blandford's Land Stewardship team exploring Michigan flora & fauna.
Take an evening stroll through nature with a knowledgeable guide from the Land Stewardship team. You'll explore various trail surfaces—pavement, dirt, and mulch—while learning about Michigan's plants and wildlife. This is a wonderful way to wrap up summer and discover more about the natural world around you. Feel free to bring your own binoculars, or borrow a pair from the center.
The program works best for kids ages 10 and up, along with adults of all ages. Admission is $8 per person (or $6.40 for members). You'll need to register in advance since spots fill up quickly—online registration closes at noon on the event day. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and dress appropriately for the weather, as the entire program happens outdoors. If severe weather arrives, the event will be cancelled and you'll have options for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellation requests made at least a week ahead qualify for a 50% refund.
