Sign up for this four-month yoga program and enjoy a 20% discount when you commit to the full fall session. Led by instructors from Mindful School of Yoga, the Saturday classes meet every week (14 sessions total, excluding a few holiday dates) and blend posture work, breathing techniques, and meditation. You'll practice in an indoor space with beautiful forest views. No yoga experience is required—just bring your own mat and consider a towel or blanket for comfort. This package is designed for teens 13 and up, though younger children can participate with a registered adult present. Pricing is $168 for non-members (regularly $210) or $134.40 for members (regularly $168). Registration closes on September 4th at 5:00 pm. Please note that this special rate is non-refundable and non-transferable; if you need to miss a class, your registration won't roll over. Classes move indoors during rain or bad weather, or they're rescheduled to the next available date if that's not possible.
