Fire Truck Parade

This early October celebration brings Fire Safety Week to life with an exciting parade featuring over 50 fire trucks rolling through downtown. Kids and parents alike can watch the impressive vehicles make their way down the street, starting at the corner of 8th and Columbia Avenue and heading toward the Holland Civic Center Place. It's a thrilling sight that most children find memorable and engaging. Once the parade concludes, the fun continues at the Civic Center, where fire trucks will be on display for up-close exploration. The Holland Area Fire Prevention Council will lead safety demonstrations and present additional educational activities throughout the afternoon. It's a wonderful opportunity for families to learn about fire safety in an interactive, festive atmosphere while enjoying the energy and excitement of seeing emergency vehicles in action.
