Gr Santa Parade 2026

Join families throughout West Michigan for this beloved holiday tradition celebrating Santa's arrival in downtown Grand Rapids. The parade features more than 50 entries, creating a festive procession through the streets. Santa himself will make a special appearance, exiting his sleigh at Rosa Park Circle around 6:30 pm. Best of all, this entire community event is completely free to attend. Beyond the parade itself, there's plenty to keep families entertained. After the parade wraps up, stick around for family-friendly activities and a tree lighting ceremony. Kids can visit a special letter-writing station where they can compose messages to Santa, which will be delivered free of charge by USPS. It's a wonderful opportunity to experience the holiday spirit alongside neighbors and visitors from across the region.
