Grand Rapids Ballet - Tuesday Evening Music Club at Meijer Gardens

Grand Rapids Ballet, the state's only professional classical ballet company, brings an evening of dance to the gardens this summer. The program mixes classical and contemporary styles, opening with shorter pieces showcasing the company's talented international dancers. The second half features "In The Countenance of Kings," a work by Justin Peck, a resident choreographer with New York City Ballet, set to music by Michigan composer Sufjan Stevens.
