GrandCon 2026

GrandCon brings together Michigan's tabletop gaming community for a full weekend celebration of board games, card games, role-playing games, miniatures, and more. Held at DeVos Place, this convention welcomes families and gamers of all skill levels. You'll find hundreds of scheduled activities—from learning new games and joining tournaments to participating in cosplay, live entertainment, and hands-on paint-and-take sessions. With over 3,000 games in the library available to play and numerous vendor booths to browse, there's plenty to explore throughout the weekend. Whether your family wants to jump into organized events, discover new games at your own pace, or shop from exhibitors, GrandCon is designed as a fun-for-all-ages experience. Game Masters and volunteers keep things running smoothly and can guide newcomers. Attendees purchase a badge to access the convention, with ticketed events available for specific activities. If you're interested in leading games or volunteering, opportunities are available and come with special perks. Masks are encouraged but not required in vendor and gaming areas.
