LEGO Robotics
Build and code LEGO robots on Saturday mornings at the main library—hands-on STEM learning for kids.
Kids ages 8 and up can dive into hands-on robotics at this drop-in program held at the Main Library. During the two-hour session, participants will build their own robots using LEGO Spike Prime sets and learn the basics of coding. The library provides laptops for use, though children are welcome to bring their own devices if they prefer. Kids can access LEGO's free coding app to program their creations.
This is a casual, self-guided event with no registration required—just show up and start building. Keep in mind that space fills up on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early is a good idea if your child wants to participate. It's a great opportunity for kids to explore engineering and problem-solving in a fun, creative way.
