Make and Takes: Floral Stamped Cards

Your family can spend an evening creating beautiful handmade greeting cards using flowers straight from the gardens. During this one-hour workshop, you'll learn to press freshly harvested blooms onto cardstock using a gentle hammering technique—a natural way to transfer vibrant flower colors onto your designs. An instructor will guide you through adding delicate details with fine-tip markers and decorative touches to personalize each card. Each participant takes home eight finished cards with coordinating envelopes, ready to send for any occasion. The class does involve hammer work, so it can get a bit loud; you're welcome to bring ear protection if you'd like. The $25 per-person fee covers all materials and supplies you'll need.
