Mars Code Academy | Grades 4-6
Coding and robotics academy for grades 4โ6 at Van Andel Institute.
Mars Code Academy is a four-day summer camp designed for kids entering grades 4โ6 in the fall. Participants become members of a Mission Control Team on an exciting space-themed adventure, where they'll learn the fundamentals of coding, robotics, and engineering while designing solutions for life on Mars. Through hands-on challenges and collaborative projects, campers will build and program robotic systems, complete simulated tasks, navigate obstacle courses, and solve real-world engineering problems inspired by space exploration.
The camp combines interactive coding activities with communication-based missions that emphasize teamwork and creative problem-solving. Kids will apply STEM thinking to explore, innovate, and work together like true space engineers. Sessions run for four days, meeting from 1 to 3:30 p.m. The Van Andel Institute for Education offers a full refund if you cancel more than a week before the camp starts, or a 50% refund if you cancel within seven days. Eventbrite processing fees are not refundable.
