MeXo University: Tequila 101

MeXo University: Tequila 101 is a hands-on learning experience designed for anyone curious about tequila, whether you're a complete beginner or already familiar with spirits. During this in-person session, you'll explore tequila from farm to glass—learning about cultivation, harvesting, production methods, and the aging process that gives different varieties their distinct character. The instructors will guide you through tastings of four premium tequila styles: Blanco, Reposado, Anejo, and Extra Anejo, so you can taste the differences firsthand. Beyond tasting, you'll learn practical skills like how to craft tequila cocktails at home and how to batch drinks for larger gatherings with friends and family. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, making it a great opportunity to meet others who share your interest.
