Raise A Mug, Rootbeer Float Event

Join the Holland Area Arts Council for a fun celebration of National Root Beer Float Day! Families can enjoy a soda pop bar featuring classic root beer floats and other soda options, along with various event activities. The occasion brings together two local nonprofits—the Holland Area Arts Council and Community Action House—dedicated to strengthening the community while making the arts accessible to everyone. Admission is flexible to fit your budget. Children 12 and under get in free, while adults have two options: a $15 ticket includes your float and activities, or upgrade to $30 and receive a handcrafted ceramic mug created by local ceramicists to take home (limited to 100 available). All proceeds support the programs offered by both partner organizations. It's a great way to spend an August evening enjoying treats and supporting community resources.
