Run for the Sun 5k

Head to Kollen Park for an evening 5k run along the scenic waterfront in downtown Holland. The race takes runners through this beautiful lakeside setting, making it a great option for families who enjoy outdoor activities together. Whether you're a serious runner or just looking for a fun way to spend time outdoors, this event welcomes participants of all levels. Before the race, you'll pick up your bib starting at 4:30pm near the playground area at the east end of the park. If you pre-registered and chose a t-shirt size, you can grab your shirt at packet pickup. The Polar Patrol treat truck will be there offering free treats for everyone. Parking is available in a few spots around the park—limited spaces on the east end where the race begins, street parking nearby with a short walk, or the west area near the boat launch.
