Run For Your Life 5K

Run For Your Life 5K is the Holland Free Health Clinic's annual community fundraiser, now in its 17th year. This 5K event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities—whether you want to run competitively, take it easy, or walk the whole distance, there's a place for you here. The best part? You're encouraged to wear Halloween costumes, making it a festive community gathering as much as a fitness event. Finishers in the top spots earn recognition, and there are prizes for the most creatively dressed participants too. All proceeds go directly to supporting the health clinic's programs and services in our community. It's a fun way to get active together as a family while contributing to a cause that matters locally.
