During this 90-minute experience, the carefully chosen sounds and vibrations help shift your nervous system into a deeply relaxed state, allowing your body and mind to release tension and stress. The session takes place in a comfortable setting where you can lie down or sit, and the atmosphere encourages a peaceful journey inward. As a fun seasonal twist, you're invited to wear cozy costumes to match the spooky theme. Tickets are $30 per person and include the sound bath plus a complimentary kombucha sampler.
