The Girls Choral Academy Studio Series:Broadway and Beyond Summer Intensive

Girls Choral Academy is hosting a free one-day music bootcamp this summer for girls in grades 6–12. No matter whether your daughter is an experienced performer or simply enjoys singing casually, this immersive experience welcomes all skill levels. Throughout the day, participants will engage in songwriting, explore how stories come alive through lyrics, learn stage movement techniques, build confidence for auditions, and work alongside professional teaching artists. The bootcamp culminates in a community showcase where girls perform what they've learned for family and friends. A special highlight is an exclusive master class led by a cast member from the National Touring Production of *The Great Gatsby*, which will be visiting Grand Rapids later in the summer. Your daughter will learn professional performance techniques directly from a working Broadway artist, gain real insight into what touring theater demands, and build stage presence in a supportive environment.
