Wildlife Experience with Blandford Nature Center

Blandford Nature Center is bringing some of their resident animals to the West Side Branch library for an up-close wildlife encounter. Kids will get to see and learn about birds, mammals, and other creatures that live at the nature center. This is a great opportunity for children to interact with animals in a hands-on way and discover more about local wildlife. This program welcomes children ages 6 through 18. Spots fill up quickly on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early is a good idea. The event runs for one hour, giving families enough time to meet the animals and ask questions. Thanks to support from the Grand Rapids Public Library Foundation and local donors, this special program is available to the community.
