Summer Connections is a free community gathering hosted by the YWCA West Central Michigan at Garfield Park. Families will enjoy a relaxed afternoon featuring live DJ entertainment, complimentary food and refreshments, and activities designed for kids. The event brings together local organizations and community partners who'll staff resource tables, giving you a chance to learn about services and programs available in the area.
This is fundamentally about community—a chance to connect with neighbors, explore local resources, and celebrate together through music, food, and shared experience. While the event is free to attend, registering ahead of time helps organizers plan appropriately for food and activities. If you represent a local organization interested in having a resource table, those can be reserved for a $50 fee.
